1. Overview of registration process

  • All teams intending to participate in RCAP-MOI 2026 must complete the pre-registration by 28 September 2026.
  • Qualified teams will be noticed by 5 October 2026.
  • Qualified teams need to complete the registration fee payment and final submission by 15 October 2026.

2. Pre-Registration (For All Teams: 8 – 28 September 2026)

  • All teams are required to submit the necessary documents for pre-registration. Please refer to the specific requirements listed under each league to ensure you provide the correct documents.

3. Final Submission (Only for Qualified Teams. Deadline: 15 October 2026)

  • All teams must complete the final submission, which includes the following:
    • 1. A copy of the  Proof of payment, if the registration fee is paid via bank transfer.
    • 2. The duly signed  Final Registration Form.
    • 3. TDP/Learning Journal – For teams wishing to be considered for the Best TDP/Learning Journal Award and that have not yet submitted one during pre-registration.
    • 4. Other required document if necessary

4. Payment Method

  • PayPal / Credit Card or Bank Transfer
  • Teams are required to capture proof of successful payment and include it with the other documents during the Final Submission.

5. Visa and Cancellation Policy

  • Participants from certain countries will require a visa to enter Macao.
  • An Invitation Letter will be issued to a team member only after the team has completed the Final Submission and payment has been received. No exceptions will be made.
  • Please ensure your participation is confirmed before making any payment, as registration fees are non-refundable.
